1. Information related to a candidate can be shared through www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career) with any employer or any individual.
2. Employment sought through www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career) requires to be paid 15 days of the candidates salary/honorarium (including all wages, D.A., T.A., H.R., or other gains) a fee which must be paid either as an advance before getting the employment or according to it the 15 days salary etc. must be deducted by the employer and be sent to www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career).
3. If a candidate does not complete 15 days work during his/her first month of employment, the employer shall deduct half of the total emoluments at the completion of one month work and shall send it to  www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career).
4. www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career) does not take any guarantee for the employment of the candidate.
5. www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career) is not obliged to render any information regarding the employment to the candidate through e-mail/post/courier/telephone/mobile etc.
6. www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career) can help to get employment in any corner of the country and in any field, for which the consent of the candidate is supposed to be in positive.
7. for the employment  www.xcarehr.com (Xtra Career) can conduct interview itself or it can be conducted by the employer or the procedure of selection can be completed. If a candidate is invited to face an interview or for the procedure of selection, he/she must attend it and no honorarium, Traveling expenditure, D.A. etc. shall  be paid.
8. www.xcarehr.com  is a  website and  part of  Xtra Career which is a placement agency duly registered by government and help is rendered to the candidate seeking employment through  www.xcarehr.com or any of its sub domain to reach the basic website and get registered or to apply for employment through it but we have no relation with the employer whatsoever nor are we responsible for the behavior towards the candidate by the  employer or any offence done by the employer.
9. The base for any employment will be the qualification, technical know-how, experience, efficiency, behavior, interview with the candidate and the availability of suitable opportunity for the employment.

11. In future at any time the above term and conditions etc. can be changed and other term and conditions can be added without prior notice to any party by www.xcarehr.com (Xtra career) and that will apply to all the users of the website.
12. The Jurisdiction for any dispute shall be Delhi India Only.
