3. If a candidate does not complete 15 days work during his/her first month of employment, the employer shall deduct half of the total emoluments at the completion of one month work and shall send it to  www.xcarehr.com (XtraCare).

If a candidate is invited to face an interview or for the procedure of selection, he/she must attend it and no honorarium, Traveling expenditure, D.A. etc. shall  be paid.
